As of Windows 11, Microsoft no longer supports non-user accounts in Windows. Windows 11 requires that a Microsoft or other account be created to install Windows 11:
Keep in mind, if we are installing Windows 11 on a machine that wasn't the original manufacture install:
Customers should have legally purchased and therefore have the product key
If OEM machine like Lenovo, HP, and original OS, BIOS/CMOS should pass the product key to Windows.
