Policy - Ticket Status

  • You will receive an email from our ticket system called Service Desk v2 or iTarian (check your spam folder).
  • Your first email will have you create an account at - https://avaetechcenter.ticketing-us.itarian.com/.
  • Log into that account. This will allow you to look up your service ticket, status and also allow you to communicate with us.
  • DO NOT submit a ticket or create a new ticket.
