McAfee virus software is sometimes hard to remove, especially on older operating systems or multiple versions installs:

• Use Crap Cleaner first to try and remove McAfee AntiVirus.
• If fails, use the McAfee Removal Tool (MCPR):
  • Find the MCPR or Option 2, click to expand.

• This should now work, restart machine.
