- Click 'Done'. Then 'Okay' when making changes to Profile which will bring up another menu for setup.
- SIMPLE Menu - For 'Source' tab, navigate to the root drive of C:, then the 'Users' folder, the next folder should be named the same name as the Windows Account user, select this folder.
- For 'Destination' option, select an external drive and create a folder called 'Documents Backup'.
- Note that this directory contains all the users customer folders only for this Windows User account. Thus the following folders will always be backup (these are the typical folders use to save into). Documents | Pictures | Music | Videos | Desktop | Downloads | OneDrive | Google Drive.
- If you need to backup or also another Microsoft User account, select that folder instead.
- Find the option 'Choose Sub-Directories and Files'. Select the Folders above for a 'clean' backup of just personal files as choosing the entire folder also backups on Windows files that are associated with account and not needed. Click 'Okay' when finished selecting folders.
- Click 'Okay' to finalize this backup profile.
- Run the simulation to see if the profile works and it reads all the files.
- Click the final 'Run' profile to do a real backup.
